Original paintings directly from the artist

All my paintings are originals, mostly painted in oil on canvas technique but I also have some works done with spatula, acrylic paints or where I used other techniques like collage. All works are signed on the rear side and commonly also on the front side. With every original painting the invoice and certificate of authenticity are provided.

As I mainly work with oil paints, paintings need to rest for 3-4 weeks until the surface is sufficiently dry so it could be safely delivered to the customer, especially when delivered with parcel service providers. As soon the painting is dry to the touch, Retouch varnish is applied so the work is protected and gets a special glow. Once the works are fully dry, permanent varnish is applied.

I often do a commissioned work. Sometimes the client provides a desired motive, but mostly reproductions of my sold works are ordered with variation in size. I can also add some individual details like family member(s) or a pet silhouette.

Some of my paintings are already framed, in which case the frame is also included in the price. Paintings without a frame are marked accordingly but we can agree the work is to be delivered with a frame. Please find useful answers to FAQ or contact me for all the details.
